• Communications: Messages, proposals, reviews, and other content you send through the Platform.

• Lien Law Compliance: To generate and track Notice to Owner (NTO) documents and other lien law compliance tools under Florida Statute 713.
• Communications: To send account notifications, project updates, proposal alerts, and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• Safety and Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access.
• Improvement and Analytics: To analyze usage patterns, improve Platform features, and develop new services.

• AI Features: To power AI-assisted features such as document generation and matching algorithms, using anonymized and aggregated data where possible.
